Marinated quail (spit lengthwise) in your faviroite hot sauce for several hours. Mix equal parts of flour and corn meal together. Drain quail and dredge in flour/corn meal mixture. Fry in 350 degree oil for approximately 8-10 minutes or untill cooked through and crispy.
